What is a Professional Home Organizer?
A Professional Home Organizer is someone that helps you overcome clutter and disorganization in your physical environment to make your life less stressful and your time more efficient.

Why hire a Professional Home Organizer?
A Professional Home Organizer not only helps you organize your belongings, but they also create easy-to-follow systems to help keep it that way. They are there to help you through the entire process or to get down and dirty and do everything themselves. They are there to sort, clean, file, de-clutter, and de-stress to help make your home a better place to live.

What are the benefits of getting organized?
EVERYTHING! You will find yourself having more time, less stress, you’ll know where everything is located (which saves time and huge headaches), and it will make your life easier and, more importantly, happier. Your environment plays a huge part on your attitude, outlook, and even blood pressure levels. When it’s in disarray, that will reflect and play an immediate part on your life. It makes life so much simpler when your environment is organized, clean, and everything is easy to find.

What areas do you service?
I’ll tackle anything from your children’s playroom to your kitchen pantry. All areas of your home, office and vehicles are covered. You can see a full listing of areas and rooms serviced on the Services page.

How do we get started?
The first step is for us to talk and a phone conversation followed by an initial meeting in your home is the best way to share some initial information. This initial consultation will give each of us a chance to find out more about each other. Be prepared to discuss your goals and priorities to get your home organized. We’ll discuss your needs and the functionality you are looking for in the areas you want organized. What do you want to gain from this experience? What needs to happen to make you more efficient? Productive? Happy? After our initial consultation, I’ll be able to assess your needs and make a recommendation on how to proceed.

What takes place at the initial consultation?
I’ll evaluate the space(s) as-is, we’ll discuss what problems you have with the space(s), what you would like to see change, and what is currently working and/or not working for you. From this information, I’ll formulate a plan of action that works best for you.

Do I need to help?
That depends. If you literally just want the items you currently have to be organized in a functional manner, I can do that for you. However, your input and active participation in the process is crucial to the overall success of the project. I never assume that one solution is perfect for everyone and I prefer to customize a project so that it works best for you. Ideally, we would work together to remove clutter, organize, and create effective personalized systems that will allow you to manage your home and life with ease and simplicity.

Will you be flexible and able to work around my schedule?
I’m here to work with you and will I do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Will my sessions be confidential?
Absolutely! All meeting, conversations, and questions are between you and I, and no one else. To see other guidelines I stand by, please read the bottom section of my About Me page.

How long will it take?
The time required to get organized depends on the type of project, your goals and expectations, and your schedule. My time is all yours. We will discuss the timeline and schedule during the initial consultation. More than likely, the time it takes to get organized will be less time than you are currently spending looking for lost or misplaced items.

What if I only need you for a few hours?
That’s perfectly fine. I can be available for as little or as much time as you need.

How much will it cost?
Each project is unique, so after talking to you about your needs, I’ll be able to give you an approximate idea of how long the project may take and the associated cost. Please keep in mind that because you are the one making all decisions, the process will only go as fast as you are able to make those decisions. But as you’ll come to realize, the cost to get organized is always less than the cost of living without functionality in clutter.

What payments are accepted?
I accept cash, checks or credit cards.

Is it possible to get follow-up help?
Absolutely! If you find that a particular solution isn’t working for you, I can reorganize and adjust it to work best for you. Your total satisfaction is my goal!
